At Sharon OSP, every piece is created with the highest level of care and craftsmanship. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

Custom & Made-to-Order Pieces

All custom and made-to-order designs are final sale. Because each piece is created exclusively for you — from the initial consultation to the final fitting — we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on custom orders.

Ready-to-Wear Purchases

For ready-to-wear pieces purchased directly through our website, we offer an exchange within 7 days of the delivery date, subject to the following conditions:

The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
Exchanges are available for other items available in our store.
We do not offer monetary refunds under any circumstances.

How to Request an Exchange

To initiate an exchange, please contact us at info@sharonosp.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and the reason for the exchange, and our team will guide you through the process.

Sharon OSP reserves the right to deny an exchange if the item does not meet the above conditions.
